I love how @ATT has to ask you who sent you the spam you received through their own service. I honestly feel they are trying to inconvenience people reporting spam... when one of the main problems of spam is that it can become an overbearing inconvenience.

@ATT way to go, you like to put the knife in parents hearts. I notified you months ago that my son passed away. You told me you closed the account today I get another damn bill. The representative says oh now you have to go into a store.
